First we take your pulse!  We asses your situation, challenges and opportunities to determine the best coaching plan.  We can assess informally or via an industry leading 360 Assessment.

WE ESTABLISH

A PLAN

Once we know where we can help, we set up a solution for teams or individuals.  This can include group coaching sessions, 1:1 coaching, leadership seminars, and more.  It's tailored to your specific needs.

ONGOING 

SUPPORT

​​We structure customized packages to accommodate the needs of the team or individual, but we always work together for a minimum of 3 months. Some relationships last years!  This can be done in person or remotely.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Find your leadership spark

Newly promoted leaders as well as established executives have the opportunity to enhance their leadership approach through 1:1 time where we help define their authentic leadership philosophy, work through professional challenges and establish focus in purpose.

 

We address typical leadership struggles like “impostor syndrome”, team conflict and other organizational health issues.  We always provide a confidential, professional relationship that assures leaders that they are not alone in their personal evolution.

ASSESSMENT

First we sit down with leadership to understand their pain points and goals. Then we conduct non-attribution focus groups to understand what your team needs to be successful. 

We also analyze organizational climate surveys if you wish. 

Finally, we create a strategy for your organization. 

CORPORATE OFFICE
TEAM COACHING

Team coaching performed in small groups with a focus on communication skills and conflict management.  This is typically handled in person, but may also happen via web conference.
